Within 14 days after delivery the product, if the product has the following problems, we will allow the refund or resend of the product :

(2)The product is not what you ordered.

(3)Quality issue during your application

If you meet the above criteria, you can record a video to prove the problem. And sent it to support@ogtattoo.com. Once we confirm that the products cannot work or the product is not what you ordered, we will arrange to refund or resend.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee
