Seriously good machine, very well constructed, great mechanical clicks for stroke and hang. Very quiet motor, and weight distribution very good. Love the wider grip, batteries are good life and convenience of having 2. Obviously styling and theme is also a massive selling point! Great machine!

Pen is very awesome. I prefer the larger grip that came with it but my cartridges keep getting stuck. It is multiple brands. They work fine e I the smaller grip. I want to replace the big grip. Who do I talk to about this? I can't get the cartridges out without using pliers.
